ONLINE RETURN POLICY AND FORM
Thank you for your order! We sincerely hope you are in love with your purchase. If not, please review our return policies below and feel free to contact us for assistance.
- Our return policy is for store credit or change only. If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, you will need to call the store 225.644.9900 so we are able to hold your size (if still available). If you would like to return the item and receive online store credit, please specify below. Online store credits are issued in the form of a gift card code sent to the email address provided at checkout.
- Items are eligible for return if they are received by Virgo Boutique within 14 days of receipt of purchase.
- All sale, clearance, discounted items, jewelry, accessories, belts, scarves, hats, sunglasses, and gift cards are FINAL SALE, and not eligible for return or exchanges – NO EXCEPTIONS. Discounted items also include flash sales, promotional codes, or any other type of sale.
- All returns must remain unworn, unwashed, and all original tags must still be attached.
- Footwear must be in the original shoe box in unworn condition.
- If items are returned appearing worn, with makeup, deodorant stains, smelling of cigarette smoke, fragrances, or damaged, they WILL NOT be accepted as a return and they will be sent back to you for a charge.
- If your order is returned to us after the 14 days or it does not meet the return guidelines, the items will be sent back to you and a standard shipping charge will be applied to your card. Original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping for the new item, if exchanging, is the responsibility of the customer.

Upon receipt, please inspect your order immediately. If you believe you have received defective merchandise, incorrect or missing items you must contact us within 5 days of receipt of purchase at email@example.com so we may address the issue. We cannot make exceptions once you have had the merchandise in your care for a longer period. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Due to our limited quantities per style, you will need to call the store if you would like to exchange your item for a different size (if still available). Once we receive your original item, you will receive an email to confirm your new item is on the way! If your order is returned to us after the 14 days or it does not meet the return guidelines, the items will be sent back to you and a standard shipping charge will be applied to your card.
VIRGO BOUTIQUE IN-STORE RETURN POLICY:
Merchandise purchased online can be returned at our Gonzales, Louisiana location but will only be eligible for an online store credit. We have a 14-day store policy, which states you have 14 days of receipt of purchase for exchange or online credit only and you must have your online receipt. We will allow exchanges, if our store has the correct size you need in stock. These items must meet our return guidelines to be honored. After 14 days customers will NOT be given an online credit or exchange.
Merchandise purchased at Virgo Boutique store located in Gonzales, LA may not be returned online.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY INFORMATION
All orders placed Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of the order. Our warehouse is closed on Saturday and Sunday; so all orders placed on these days will be shipped the following business day. It usually takes from 3-7 business days to receive your order depending the shipping method you choose. Please take into account that delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.
Tracking for your order is emailed to you once your order is shipped. Once orders leave our warehouse, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Please make sure you are shipping to a secure location.
All orders are processed once the credit card is authorized and address is verified.
You will have the option to select, in-store pickup, standard shipping, or overnight shipping.

Orders placed for in store pickup will be ready for pickup the following business day at 11:00am CST.
In-store pickups will be held for a maximum of 90 days. Items that have not been picked up after the 90 days will be donated to local charities.

All orders under $50 will incur a $5.95 delivery charge. All orders placed over the weekend will be processed the following Monday. Please allow 3-7 business days for USA Delivery. Restrictions may apply.
OVERNIGHT SHIPPING - $30.00
Orders must be confirmed before 11:00 am CST and will be processed the same business day. Orders placed on Friday after 11:00am CST will be processed the following Monday, excluding holidays.
